Blue mirror is a contrast tint which reduces glare from visible white light (light reflected form mist, fog, snow, water) add to this the polarisation and any glare is no longer a problem. Ideal for sports around water or snow and are a commonly used lens by tennis professionals. 

The lens Offers UV Protection that filters 99% of all UVA, UVB, UVC and harmful blue light up to 400nm while the polarised lens blocks 99% of glare and reflective light, adding to this the mirror tint which further decreases the amount of light passing through the lens.
